The “Formaggio di Fossa” s.a.s. company is selling, for wholesale and retail public, the traditional autumn production of fossa cheese during the days of the Fossa Festival which is held every year in Sogliano al Rubicone around the 25th of November, day of Santa Caterina.
Aside of the traditional autumn production, can be found as well eastern and summer productions, prepared with especially selected cheeses, maturated and roped in order to get a summer and eastern Fossa cheese with the highest standard of quality. Considering the mass request and the limited production is suggested to reserve the product in advance.
It is possible to ship both to privates than to wholesale either big or small amounts of cheese.
